Expectation :

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced inside sales specialist to plan & drive the B2B business development of enterprise accounts within our targeted industry and domain.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate qualified sales leads through Cold Calling, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, and similar platforms.
  • Build and maintain a solid pipeline for an efficient Middle & Bottom of the Funnel
  • Perform strategic prospecting – Follow ups, personalized communications, proposals, contracts, etc
  • Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
  • Identify potential bottlenecks prior and come up with solutions to mitigate friction
  • Maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
  • Work closely with the cross functional teams to develop effective sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Manage communications for critical deals between upper management and relevant stakeholders

Key Requirement :

  • 3 to 5 Years of experience in Inside Sales role.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales and follow up skills in the B2B space with a proven track record of generating qualified sales leads, securing client meetings, and following up with clients.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with Sales Navigator, Whatsapp Marketing Tools, Hubspot or similar applications.
  • Industry Knowledge: (preferred) Have an understanding of the collection industry (however, this is not a constraint).
